Exchange of views program:

In the year 2002 the Commission organized six "Exchange of Views" programs in six Divisional Headquarters on matters relating to the preventive detention and offences under the Special Powers Act, 1974 and various aspects of sections 54 and 167 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ,1898, the provisions relating to bail and misuse of the same causing obstruction to investigation and trial. After successful views program, the Commission submitted three separate reports to the Government.
